Tool Man Quality Building is a custom log home company located in New Berlin, New York.  The owner, Timothy Kneale, began Tool Man Quality Building in 2004.  He started his experiences in the construction industry in 1995 with the family business, Feenaughty & Allen Building Supply in Canisteo, NY.  While in the family business, he learned different aspects of custom home construction and light commercial construction.  He continued in the construction field while completing his college education, earning an Associate’s Degree in CAD Drafting & Design.  After graduation, he began designing log homes for a log home manufacturer.  Tim enjoys being part of the building team and wanted to do more than just design homes.  He started building and gained more knowledge about the log home industry.  Today, he is very fortunate to have an excellent construction crew and network of industry professionals that contribute to his company’s success.  All of these events have allowed Timothy to provide you with accurate information, the perfect home design, and quality craftsmanship.  To learn more about the products and services that we offer, go to our Products/Services page or you can Contact Us and we would be happy to answer any questions you have.
